What is Love?

Hello, thanks to everyone who emailed me and posted that I had not been on for awhile. It's been good but, a bit crazy. So, I haven't had the time. But, I have been thinking about all of you.

One of the kids at church on Sunday gave me a prayer request written on a piece of paper. It said: "I wish that God and Jesus have a Happy Valintines Day." Dispite the mispelling of Valentine's, it was on "pink paper." Yeah, this was one of those "Ah..." moments.

It's a shame that all those "gushy, ah moments" can only come one time a year on Valentine's Day. Of course, that is what it seems the advertisers want you to think. That love is acceptable only on "this day." And lust and sex is for all the other days of the year.

Why can't people see the difference between these things and that sex should be with the one that you love. Not "those" whom you "lust."

God is and always will be about love. What other person has expressed love to us so completely? What other person has sacrificed so much for us...except Jesus? His life was about love and His death put that love into action.

Accept Jesus as your Savior today. Let everyday be a love day between you and God. Ask Him to save you. Ask Him to forgive you. Ask Him to love you.

When you do, He will love you today and tomorrow and...forever.
